Gigit.ai's setup

We developed an AI agent that collects real-time information across the 100+ brands carried by The Detox Market. This data is processed through a pipeline integrating multiple sources (e.g. Klaviyo and the quiz app) to deliver meaningful, personalized guidance. To ensure compliance, we also implemented guardrails so all content adheres to FDA guidelines.

What did we do exactly:

- Smart menu helps users navigate while enriching their Klaviyo profiles further

- Dynamic collections surface products aligned with each shopper's beauty goals

- Personalized Q&A explains product benefits based on the user's skin tone. We integrated to Klaviyo to read data from the selfie quiz so that users feel heard.

Brands with a loyal customer base, like The Detox Market, sit on rich first-party data—past purchases, quiz responses, and product reviews.
